I am finding immense value in my work and connection with Sarah. Her gentle yet strong presence create such a beautiful vessel for her offerings. Her humility and authenticity are matched by her knowledge and sincere dedication to the practices that she teaches. Embodiment, or allowing things to be experienced-as they are- in my body, in the moment, has always been a challenge for me for so many reasons. I truly cannot say enough positive things about working with Sarah. We found each other at the exact right time in life, as I was entering the beginning of my first pregnancy.
