What an honor and joy it brings my heart to be able to weave with you in these ways.
Alongside being a shop proprietress, I am also deeply rooted in the healing arts. Since as young as I can remember I have felt a deep calling & found purpose in helping myself & others return to the earth. This returning to the earth also returns us deeper into our own sovereign autonomy. Guiding us to our truth, our purpose & most importantly our joy!
The medicine I offer is plant taught - learning heavily from nature, lived experiences & that grander source that carries us all.
I weave a lot in the realms of shamanism & the somatic intelligence of the body.
Each session with me is unique and tailored to the individual needs, wants & hopes of the client. I find this allows us both to really tune into what is present and ready to be looked at. These sessions ARE FOR YOU if you are ready for that alchemical shift. For those of us who are willing & able to turn around and face all parts of themselves. If you are ready to revive + revitalize all aspects of yourself then these sessions are for you!
My lived experiences and realms I work well in are of: grief, death, anxiety, panic attacks, childhood traumas, ancestral patterning, mystery illnesses, feeling of being stuck, lack of joy-purpose-life and of course ceremonial birth work!
Shamanic Sessions
In our one-on-one sessions, we dive into the sacred space of your body to unlock the wisdom, health & vitality that lies within.
We will unravel energetic blockages, release stored emotions, and invite in healing on all levels - physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.
Through a unique blend of shamanic practices, somatic experiencing, and intuitive guidance, we will navigate the rhythms of the body & soul through sound - to restore balance, harmony & sovereignty once again.
These sessions are typically 90 minutes with a sliding scale of $120-$222
They can be held in the apothecary or in the comfort of your own home.
Ceremonial birth Mentor
Ceremonial birth work is an initiatory intimate journey.
As a birth keeper and shamanic practitioner my role is to be of witness & tend to the in-between realms of the birthing woman- the birthing womb.
Offering support & showing up in whatever capacity is needed, during the pregnancy, birth & postpartum journey.
I wholeheartedly embrace the sacred initiation of birth as one of the highest forms of love, determination & divine wisdom intelligence.
The alchemy of bringing the formless into form - within the sanctuary of a woman’s body - is indeed the miracle of all miracles.
In honor of this transformative journey, I am delighted to offer three tiers of dedicated mentored support for the birthing mother, extending from the prenatal period through the birthing experience and into the tender embrace of the postpartum phase.

sacred space house clearings
Our homes should be a place of sacred rest and act as a sanctuary for our mind, body and soul to unwind, inspire and create.
Sometimes though we find our homes to feel uncomfortable and uneasy to down right haunted.
Homes that inhabit this type of energy are one of two things: a spirit that is just stuck or an energetic imprint memory of something traumatic that may have happened there.
I have years of experience energetically cleaning homes as most of my childhood homes were unfortunately haunted in this way.
If it comes to a point where being in your own home creates fear, I am here to offer a deep cleansing/clearing of the home by locating and seeing what may be going on.
I am finding immense value in my work and connection with Sarah. Her gentle yet strong presence create such a beautiful vessel for her offerings. Her humility and authenticity are matched by her knowledge and sincere dedication to the practices that she teaches. Embodiment, or allowing things to be experienced-as they are- in my body, in the moment, has always been a challenge for me for so many reasons. I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to work with Sarah to increase my capacity in this area. She is an alchemist, a healer, and a gardener of the soul.
